Topics Covered Include

This online course gives students the opportunity to work with two digital coloured gemstone grading systems: Gemewizard and Colourwise. Both systems have been designed to create a critical bridge between the gemmological scientific world and the gem and jewellery trade, shortening the period it generally takes to obtain the practical experience required to work in the trade.

Graduates of this course will have a thorough understanding and proficiency in the grading of coloured stones including the 3 C's (colour, clarity and cut).

Course fees include a lifetime subscription to ColourWise, access to the Gemewizard online system, online exercises and the WGF study stone grading glass samples.

Tests and Examinations

Online test at the completion of the course.

Course Credits

Upon the successful completion of this course you will receive course credits towards both the Career Gemmologist Diploma and Coloured Gemstone Professional Diploma Programs.
